Digital product and refund policy

Party Play Pages sells personalized digital PDF files. No physical item is shipped.

Delivery

A download is released only after the server verifies payment. Download access lasts 30 days after verified payment. If payment is completed but the file is unavailable, contact us with the order email and reference so we can investigate.

Before downloading

The editor and free sample let you check the wording, paper size, colours and general layout before purchase. Buyers are responsible for reviewing personalized text and selecting the correct print settings.

Refund eligibility

Because personalized digital files cannot be returned, completed and accessible downloads are generally not refundable for change of mind. We will review requests involving duplicate charges, a verified failure to deliver, a material defect we cannot correct, or a file that materially differs from the confirmed order.

How to request help

Use the contact form and include the order email, order reference and a description of the problem. Do not send card details or PayPal passwords. Refunds, when approved, are returned through the original payment method. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law still apply.
