Privacy policy

Updated September 20, 2026

This policy explains how Party Play Pages, an independent online seller based in China, handles information when you use this website.

Information we handle

How we use it

We use this information to generate previews and PDF files, respond to questions, process and verify orders, provide downloads, prevent abuse and meet legal or accounting obligations. Contact details are not added to a marketing list without separate consent.

Payments and service providers

PayPal processes payment details under its own privacy terms. We do not receive or store card numbers or PayPal passwords. Hosting, email and other technical providers may process limited information only to operate the service.

Storage and retention

Preview settings normally stay in your browser until cleared. Contact messages are kept for up to 90 days. Paid download access lasts 30 days after verified payment; transaction records may be retained longer where needed for disputes, accounting or legal duties. We take reasonable measures to restrict access, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Anonymous site statistics

We count page views, editor use and successful free-sample download responses on this website. Statistics contain the day, a predefined page name, a broad source category and a predefined campaign label. They do not contain your email, event text, IP address, full referring URL or a persistent visitor identifier. We store campaign attribution in session storage for navigation in the current tab; no analytics cookie or third-party analytics service is used. Random event identifiers are hashed to avoid duplicate events and expire after 24 hours; aggregate counts are retained for up to 90 days, with cleanup when new events arrive. Security rate limits temporarily use network addresses in memory.

We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can also turn off these statistics here. This preference is stored locally in this browser.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct or request deletion of contact or order information, subject to records we must retain. Use the contact form and include enough detail for us to identify the relevant message or order.
